Jasen Biczak is the Total Security Solutions Chief Product Delivery Officer. In his role, he ensures that supply chain, project management, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams deliver successful projects for every customer.
Jasen came to TSS after starting his career as a manufacturing engineer in the aerospace and automotive industries, where he helped expand a manufacturing facility in Mexico, supported a thousand-employee plant as a manufacturing manager, and supported other facilities as a continuous improvement manager using lean manufacturing principles.
Jasen is passionate about using data analytics, lean principles, and a systematic approach to create and sustain efficient manufacturing practices. He was drawn to the pace, solving challenging problems, growth, and the fantastic team at TSS. Jasen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Manufacturing) degree from Western Michigan University.
After spending four years as an adjunct professor at Ferris State University, he’s also passionate about helping employees grow in their knowledge and careers. Jasen enjoys doing home improvement projects in his free time. Jasen’s recommended reads are Lean Production Simplified by Pascal Dennis and the Toyota Way Fieldbook by David Meier and Jeffrey K. Liker.
